Luba Plotkin, RD, is a research dietitian at the Juliet Keidan Institute of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in Nutritional Science and Biochemistry at the Institute of Biochemistry, Food Science, and Nutrition within the Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, Luba serves as Vice President of the Israeli Dietetic Association, ATID.
