1 pound 9 ounces turkey fillet or 1½ lbs ground turkey breast

1 medium yellow bell pepper

1 large onion

2 Tbsp softened butter (82% fat) or olive oil

1 egg

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil (or olive oil), for greasing the baking dish

150–180 g onion

70 g softened butter (82% fat) or olive oil

1 large egg (about 50 g)

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into very small pieces.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Wash, dry, and finely dice the yellow bell pepper.

Prepare the cutlet mixture

  1. Combine the turkey, onion, and bell pepper and softened butter or olive oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add the egg, season with salt, and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized cutlets (patties).

Bake

  1. Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and arrange the cutlets in a single layer.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes, or until the cutlets are fully cooked and lightly golden.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite vegetable side dish or mashed potatoes.
