1 pound 9 ounces turkey fillet or 1½ lbs ground turkey breast
1 medium yellow bell pepper
1 large onion
2 Tbsp softened butter (82% fat) or olive oil
1 egg

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
- Cut the turkey fillet into very small pieces.
- Peel and finely dice the onion.
- Wash, dry, and finely dice the yellow bell pepper.
Prepare the cutlet mixture
- Combine the turkey, onion, and bell pepper and softened butter or olive oil in a large bowl.
- Add the egg, season with salt, and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into evenly sized cutlets (patties).
Bake
- Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and arrange the cutlets in a single layer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes, or until the cutlets are fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite vegetable side dish or mashed potatoes.
