2 cups leftover potatoes

1 tsp. mild curry powder

1 ½ tsp. paprika powder

½ tsp. ginger powder

Black pepper to taste (optional)

Cilantro for garnish (optional)

2.5 ml ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Take your leftover potatoes (cut into pieces if needed).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden.
