Ingredients

3 .3 lbs apples (approx. 9-10 medium apples)

2.2 lbs carrots (Winter carrots)(approx. 7-8 large carrots)

1 organic lemon

Instructions

  1. Prep the produce: Wash the apples, carrots and lemon thoroughly. No need to peel the carrots or apples if you want to keep it simple. Slice them into pieces that fit easily into your juicer's feed tube.
  2. The Lemon: Since it's an organic lemon, you can juice it with the peel for the best flavor, or peel it if you prefer a milder flavor.
  3. Juicing: Run the ingredients through your juicer. With this volume, you might need to empty the pulp container halfway through!
  4. Serve: Stir the juice to combine the flavors. Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
  5. Tip: If you find the juice a bit too concentrated for your stomach, you can dilute it with 1 part water to 2 parts juice. This keeps it hydrating and very gentle on the digestive tract.
