½ head of white cabbage
14 ounces cooked chicken
1 large onion
1 large carrot
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
10 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
olive oil, for sautéing

½ head (500–700 g) white cabbage, shredded
400 g cooked chicken
1 large onion (150–180 g)
1 large carrot (80–100 g)
1 bell pepper (120–150 g)
15 g tomato paste
10 whole black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
15–30 mL olive oil, for sautéing
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley and dill for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Finely shred the cabbage. Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Finely slice the onion into thin half-rings. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Wash, dry, and dice the bell pepper.
- Cook the dish: Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or sauté pan. Sauté the onion until golden, then add the carrot and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes before adding the shredded cabbage. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cooked chicken, tomato paste, black peppercorns, and bay leaf. Season with salt to taste and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
